Columbus Housing Authority (CHA) welcomes applications for a dynamic, energetic and passionate individual to serve as its Executive Director (ED). The ED serves as the leader of Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher, & Family Self-Sufficiency programs and oversees all operations & activities of CHA & its staff. The ED reports to a local Board of Commissioners and the HUD Field Office. The ED develops & maintains professional relationships with leaders from local government & related social service organizations. The ED must ensure Federal, State & local government compliance & accuracy with multiple submissions of forms, policies, procedures, budgets & plans for all programs. Qualified candidates must have B.S. or higher in a related field &/or significant experience in executive positions managing similar programs. Salary commensurate with experience; generous benefit package included.
